Join us for a fun afternoon at the Venice Olive Oil Company learning to make beautiful Charcuterie boards for your parties. Afterwards we will have the pleasure of enjoying the food presented.
These fabulous Charcuterie boards are perfect for taking to concerts in the park and snacking while enjoying our spectacular beach sunsets. Jams, mustards, sauces and clever seasonal garnishes will be featured. Learn how to make a perfect salami rose!
Cost: $67.25 per person
Includes: Wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Gluten-free options available. The menu does include seafood.
We will have 3 different boards created for our enjoyment:
1. A Florida board filled with seafood and citrus.
2. An Italian Cocktail board, and
3. A Valentines Picnic themed board.
We will all learn how to make the popular salami rose!
